Terms and Conditions – 1166bet: Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by 1166bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each product available on the platform.

Use of 1166bet without expressly agreeing to these terms is not permitted. If you disagree with any clause, do not create an account or use the services. If you have questions about any part of this document, please contact support before proceeding.

To use 1166bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have 18 years of age or older at the time of account creation.
• Be a resident of Brazil with Valid and active CPF with the Receita Federal.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion process on the 1166bet or another equivalent national program.
• Not be an employee, partner, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 1166bet.
• Act on your own behalf — accounts opened in someone else's name are not allowed.

During registration, you will provide: full name, CPF, date of birth, full address, valid email address, and an active Brazilian cell phone number. All information must be accurate and match your official documents exactly.

A 1166bet reserves the right to request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) before processing withdrawals or during periodic identity verification (KYC) checks. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

It is permitted one account per CPF only. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any available balance, as set out in section 12 of this document.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. A 1166bet never asks for your password by email, phone, chat, or any other channel.

Any activity carried out on your account before you notify us of unauthorized access is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

We strongly recommend:

• Use a unique password for 1166bet — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever available on the platform.
• Do not access your account on public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out after each session when using someone else's phone.

A 1166bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant, available 24/7. Recommended method.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard. Processing within 10 minutes.
• PicPay — available to registered users on the app.
• Mercado Pago — for users with a verified account on the platform.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. No maximum deposit is set for most methods, but specific per-transaction limits may apply depending on the method and the account's verification level.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered under your own CPF. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned to the original payment method, minus any processing fees charged by the operators.

A 1166bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any bank or operator fees are the user's responsibility and should be confirmed directly with your bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, etc.) or payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with an average processing time of up to 15 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 business hours to process.

For a withdrawal to be processed, the account must have:

• Completed registration with a verified CPF.
• At least one completed deposit on record.
• Completion of any rollover requirements on active bonuses.
• Pix key registered under the same CPF as the 1166bet account.

A 1166bet reserves the right to request additional documents before processing higher-value withdrawals or in cases where identity verification has not been completed. This is standard industry practice and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the user's part.

Withdrawals to third-party Pix keys are not permitted. Funds may only be transferred to an account registered under the same CPF as the 1166bet account.

A bet is considered confirmed when 1166bet's system 1166bet displays a confirmation message and the corresponding amount is deducted from the available balance. Bets awaiting confirmation are not valid.

The minimum bet per transaction is R$ 1.00. The maximum amount per bet varies depending on the market, sport, and the user's account level.

A bet may be declared void in the following cases:

• Event canceled or not completed within the deadline set by the competition.
• Confirmed technical error that affected the odds at the time of confirmation.
• Clearly incorrect odds due to a system error (obvious error).
• Bets placed after an event has started on pre-match markets (late bets).

In the event of a void bet, the full stake is returned to the user's balance. A 1166bet is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures at the time of bet confirmation — make sure you receive a confirmation before closing the app or browser.

Sports bets on 1166bet follow the rules established for each sport and competition. For Brazilian football — Copa do Brasil, Brasileirão Série A, Copa Libertadores, and other domestic competitions — the following key guidelines apply:

• Result (1X2): considers only the regular 90 minutes, including referee stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not counted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market.
• Suspended match: if suspended before half-time, the bet is voided and the stake is returned. If suspended after half-time, the result at the time of suspension may be deemed final, subject to the official competition's rules.
• Live betting: confirmed by the system in real time. Bets accepted after an event has ended due to a system error will be voided.
• Head-to-head classification markets (two-legged ties): the final result is based on the aggregate score across both matches, including extra time and penalties where applicable under the competition's rules.

For e-sports (CS2, Free Fire, CBLOL, and others), the specific rules for each title are published on the corresponding market pages. In the event of a dispute not covered by this document, the decision of 1166bet is final and based on the official tournament organizer's rules.

The Live Casino games, slots, poker, and crash games available on 1166bet operate with certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring each outcome is independent of previous results.

For poker, the specific rules of each variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Sit & Go, MTT) apply, as published in the Poker section of the platform. The rake charged at cash tables is displayed at each table before the player sits down.

In crash games, your bet is confirmed the moment you click "Bet". The cashout multiplier must be triggered manually before the crash — 1166bet is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures after a bet has been confirmed.

If a technical failure interrupts an ongoing round in live casino games, the bet amount is returned to the balance. Partial winnings from incomplete rounds will not be paid out.

The bonuses offered by 1166bet are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which supplement this document. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (minimum number of bets required before withdrawal) that must be met in full. The standard requirement is 5x the bonus amount in settled bets.
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1,50 generally do not count toward the bonus rollover requirement, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses have an expiration date stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your balance with no refund.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly is strictly prohibited. If this behavior is detected, all bonuses will be canceled and the accounts involved may be permanently closed.
• A 1166bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users whenever possible.

Poker tournament tickets credited as bonuses may only be used in the game formats specified in the corresponding promotion and carry no direct withdrawal value.

The VIP Program at 1166bet is a loyalty program with progressive tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Progression is based on point accumulation, calculated at a rate of 1 point per R$ 1.00 wagered in settled matches across participating sports.

The benefits at each tier — weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, account manager, access to exclusive tournaments — are described in detail on the VIP Program page. The 1166bet may revise progression criteria, benefits, and tier thresholds with 30 days' prior notice.

Points expire after 90 days of inactivity (no settled bets). Weekly cashback is credited every Monday and is valid for 7 days. VIP Program points and benefits are non-transferable between accounts.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 1166bet and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of the available balance:

• Fraud and manipulation: any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs or technical glitches for personal gain, or use of bots or automated scripts.
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds of illicit origin is a criminal offense and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to circumvent limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or bypass restrictions.
• Abusive arbitrage: systematic strategies that exploit odds differences across markets on the same platform with the sole purpose of securing risk-free profit.
• Underage use: allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under 18, whether through account sharing or any other means.
• Misuse of data: attempting to access other users' accounts, scraping platform data through automated means, or carrying out attacks of any kind against the infrastructure of 1166bet.

A 1166bet uses monitoring systems to detect irregular behavior. Users identified engaging in any of the above conduct will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of clear fraud.

You can close your account at any time, free of charge, by contacting 1166bet. After a closure request is submitted, any pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance will be available for withdrawal. 1166bet does not retain balances from accounts closed at the user's own request, provided there are no outstanding identity verification requirements.

A 1166bet may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in section 11.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Reasonable suspicion of unauthorized third-party access.
• Court order or directive from a competent regulatory authority.
• Account inactive for more than 24 months with no activity (zero balance).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance and winnings derived from irregular activity will be forfeited. Deposits made in good faith will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned to the original deposit method.

A 1166bet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for platform operations, fulfillment of legal obligations, and improving the user experience.

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.

• Temporary break: account block for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with no reason required.
• Self-exclusion: permanent exclusion or exclusion for a set period (minimum 6 months). During the self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible and cannot be reopened before the period ends.

A 1166bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legislation, platform operations, or industry best practices. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or an in-platform notification at least 15 days in advance.

Minor changes — such as typo fixes or wording improvements that do not alter the meaning — may be applied without prior notice, but the update date at the top of the document will always be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of 1166bet that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be referred to the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990).

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these terms does not affect the remaining clauses, which remain valid and in full force.

The failure of 1166bet in enforcing any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so at a later time.
